Hotel is in an ideal location being across the street from the Luohu Shopping area. Major construction going on in the lobby area. Staff responsive to our requests. We were going to take the train to Hong Kong since the hotel provides a shuttle to the immigration station, however they offered a shuttle service that would take us directly to out hotel in Hong Kong for approximately $200. Since there was four of us and a lot of luggage we decided on that option; passing thru the China/Hong Kong immigration stops was smooth and we were dropped off at the hotel lobby.

My faincee could not breath there after the first night. Two twin beds instead of the one queen I ordered. Not walking distance to downtown. Only stayed one night instead of ten. I expect to get my credit card credited for the balance. Hotel said this would be no problem as long as I notified hotels.com.

Good location next to Lowu shopping. Clean hotel with low price for the night.

These bed have bed bugs. my fiance started getting small red spots all over just after the first night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were all very friendly, most spoke English well enough to enable communication. The staff in the lounge is very friendly, but the music is too loud for a small room such as that, drinks are expensive especially based on the pours, but they do have a nice list of teas. The carpet in the room was atrocious, worn, dirty and had stains everywhere. Be sure to use the slippers. House keeping was good, they even turn down your bed in the evenings. The did how ever keep folding up my damp shower towel instead of letting it hand on the hook in bathroom to dry. The hotel is located directly across from the train station, I would suggest requesting a room on the back portion of the hotel, quiet and has incredible views. Not being centrally located the only real place to walk to is the mall by the station. If you venture out in the evenings be prepared to be deluged by the local prostitutes, easiest way to have them leave you alone is to say your wife, if you are married or not, would not approve, they respect that and leave you alone. Dining in the hotel is on the expensive side in comparison to what you can get if you go out and dine locally, but you will need a taxi.

Modern Hotel in commercial area. Very clean and service oriented staff with English speaking staff quite helpful and attentive.

It's my second visit to Shenzhen, but my first stay in this hotel. Absolutly love it!!!! They where very helpfull, and excellent service!
