The room was very comfortable located across the street from the Shinagawa train station. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was great. Internet service was extremely slow which was the only down fall. The hotel staff were great and spoken English and were very happy when I spoke Japanese to them. Most of me dealings with the staff was conducted in Japanese. My next trip to Japan will involve the Hotel Pacific.

Very Satisfied with the hotel. Great restaurants in its surroundings, TGI Fridays inside. Right across from the Shinagawa Station. Great Customer Service. The bed was perhaps not the most comfortable but for the money paid it was great! Bathroom really small, kind of jampacked and the room really small as well, but despite all criticism, I would definitely stay there again.

Small but comfortable rooms, excellent location (across the street from the Shinagawa train station) and marvelous breakfast room. Watch out, though, for the upsell effort at checkin, when even with a twin reservation the reception staff may tell you that they only show a reservation for one person. That was the experience that my daughter and I had, and the cost of correcting the booking mistake destroyed my otherwise good feeling about this hotel.
